Satisfaction is Guaranteed

You will be happy with the work I produce for you. If there are ever any issues with quality of service, please note the following return policy.

Service Guarantee

• All services provided by cmlStudios are unconditionally guaranteed.
• If a project should go wrong and the final product is deemed unusable by both you and me, any remaining fees will be waived. In this unlikely case, all cmlStudios work products in your possession must be destroyed.
• Progress payments may be refunded up to 50% if the project is terminated by mutual agreement, at cmlStudios discretion.

Product Guarantee

• All media products delivered by cmlStudios are unconditionally guaranteed.
• If you are unhappy with a photograph, DVD, or other media purchased from cmlStudios, simply return it within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. You must call cmlStudios to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
• Opened digital media will be charged a 30% restocking fee unless the media is defective. Unopened media will not be charged a restocking fee.
• Defective products will be replaced and return shipping charges will be refunded via company check or store credit, whichever you prefer. Please call to discuss your product replacement prior to sending it back.
• Any shipments damaged in transit must be reported to cmlStudios within three (3) business days to ensure your order is properly replaced.
